It's a time to throw away old, unwanted items, organize those you are planning to use, and give your entire home a thorough cleaning. Because of all it entails, the prospect can be daunting, but there are useful hints you can follow that will make it a little easier to tackle. Below are 15 useful tips that will help you get started.
Begin cleaning from top to bottom. Start by cleaning the ceiling fans and light fixtures, then move on to windows, furniture, and carpets.
Wash your windows both inside and out. Vacuum or wash the draperies or window treatments as well.
Wash blankets, throw rugs, and bed covers. When doing so, try to set aside some time just for this purpose. This will give the task continuity.
